The DC remains true to the fishing DNA heritage of Southport and doesn’t feel out of place loaded with rods, crew, ice, and gear. When setup with additional rod holders, outriggers, and coldplates, she is right at home offshore, with the added protection of the enclosed bridgedeck.

Enjoy the wind in your face riding in the safety of the deep forward cockpit of the Southport 33 DC, the quiet comfort of the raised Co-Pilot lounge (with fore and aft facing backrests, storage and charging for cellphone and tablets, and a space for a separate GPS screen just for the Co-Pilot), or ride in the L-Shaped Aft Cockpit Lounge in comfort.

Protection from the Elements

The fully enclosed helm area of the 33 DC gives everyone aboard the ability to escape the weather- either rain or cool autumn temps, or the heat of the summer sun when equipped with optional Air Conditioning. The standard Power Retractable Sunroof with Retractable Sunshade allow the helmsman fresh air and as much (or little) sun as desired.

The 33 DC comes standard with a spacious head compartment that is uniquely separated from the port-side cabin. The cabin provides both stay aboard comfort on your longer trips and a quiet place to relax and cool off on your day trips. The storage doesn’t stop there as you’ll also find a below deck centerline storage compartment on the bridgedeck in addition to storage under the aft facing bench seat.
