Brokers Notes

Time and a Place is a nice and comfortable 320 Sundancer with ample storage space. She has twin 2018 re-manufactured MerCruiser 350 Mags that are flushed after each usage. She has no bottom paint and has been lift or rack stored her entire life. She has canvas covers and the aft cushions are stored inside. The stationary cushions are showing a tiny bit of wear but not too bad and they can certainly be cleaned up. The generator has about 1000 hours.

The owners are very motivated to sell and have all the receipts for routine maintenance work.

Overall, she'd make a fun day boat or even a comfortable overnighter.
