Description
20k PRICE REDUCTION - ASSUMABLE MOORAGE
A beautiful 2012 Sea Ray Sundancer 310, located on Vancouver Island is ready for you. Don't wait.......We reduced the price 20K to move it. The owner has changed plans and the Sea Ray is ready for the summer. Also if needed, comes with assumable moorage in gorgeous Oak Bay Marina. A featured highlight to note on this Sundancer 310, very low engine hours sitting at (418 hrs) and they are very well maintained. A comfortable and beautiful layout that make it a great couple’s boat. But also, very nice to bring along whomever you want for a great day out - easily fit up to 8. This has the extended swim grid where other 310s have a small one. Way easier boarding and hanging out back there. This feature is really noticed with the additional space for your watersports. This 310 Deep-V hull shape quickly gets you up on plain and makes for a very comfortable ride. Well matched with twin MerCruiser MAG 350s. A great cruising boat to get out amongst the islands. Recent spends on the boat include - New updated canvas and glass. New Raymarine AXIOM Marine Chartplotter with touchscreen for navigation charts, plotting your course, current speed, engine info, depth & fish finder. They also added a new larger battery bank. Great for extended time away from the dock. New downriggers if you like to fish. A very nice feature on this model, it has joystick steering and includes Skyhook technology to lock your position. Very cool when coming in and you want to hold your position while you move around the boat. Yes, as mentioned- this one has assumable moorage. The joystick control walks the boat in any direction and then hit the Auto-Skyhook button while setting fenders and lines. An LED lit radar arch sets a nice evening tone. The interior layout works great, updated helm, low hours, well-maintained & moorage........This one is ready to move. Call or email to setup your personal tour. She is a pleasure to show.
