This Rinker 310 Express is a spacious family cruiser with a mid-cabin layout with sleeping for 4-5. She has huge list of standard equipment aside from the countless optional and added ones. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with relatively tall free-board and a good 10'6" beam she is known to be a good running hull with an overall length of just over 33 feet. One of the highlights of the Rinker 310 is her versatile cockpit with its long portside lounge, swivel helm seat, and aft lounge that converts to a recliner or sun pad. The cockpit includes a wet bar, easy to use grill, blender, and a walk-thru windshield provides easy access to the foredeck. Below decks, the open-plan interior includes double berths fore and aft, convertible salon sofa, stand-up head with shower, and a full-service galley with tasteful cabinetry, hard wood flooring, microwave, and Corian countertop. Note the large overhead skylight in the salon. Additional features include a radar arch with spacious camper canvas, double helm seat with flip-up bolsters, transom shower, anchor windlass, cockpit table, premium sound system (with new speakers), transom door, under water lights, and trim tabs. She has the best of electronics and a newly install sonar / bottom finder. Highly worth noting is the Freshwater Cooled engines, SeaCore Mercury I/Os 350 Mags (with AXIUS Joystick Controls and Sky Hook). She has been flushed out every time after use with a professional customized flushing system. The vessel has three sets of canvas, the clear Eisenglass which is in good shape and two separate styled cockpit covers. She has been serviced precisely every 100 hours and always gets whatever is recommended by the high end service provider. Everything Works!

Extremely well maintained and cared for vessel. Always kept out of water and under cover.  New Risers 4/22/16. Last annual full engine service were completed in December of 2018.

All books and records are available. Majority of engine hours have been put on vessel since 2015 and engines have been maintained religiously yearly by Diversified Marine. The seller has always had any recommended services completed.
