This 2003 31 Cabo Express Boat - "Ramble On", with Custom Tower is powered by the preferred and CAT 3126 (385 HP) diesel engine upgrade, this 31 Cabo has been rigged for west coast style tournament fishing and coastal cruising. New electronic package in 2021.
