Description
Xanadu is a nice example of the popular Nonsuch 30 Classic, well known to be an easy to sail design. A ”big” boat for it’s size the Nonsuch 30 has a surprisingly roomy interior with accommodations for four people. Outside, the lack of standing rigging make her extremely easy to move around on. Powered by a 30hp Westerbeke diesel and equipped with radar, GPS, autopilot, depth finder and VHF radio.

Overview
Accommodations
Xanadu features the Classic layout with the main salon forward with port and starboard settees. The port settee pulls out to become a double berth. In between the settees is a dining table with two leaves. This area can be closed off by a sliding panel and bifold door. Further forward is nice cabinetry with drawers and a hanging locker. Further aft to port is the galley with a 2 burner propane stove with oven, icebox and stainless steel sink. The head compartment with vanity and manual marine head is opposite the galley to starboard. Further aft are good size port and starboard quarter berths. Several opening ports, two Dorade vents and an overhead hatch provide abundant fresh air.
