Description
Quorning Boats of Denmark have been building high-quality cruising/performance trimarans since the 1960s. This multi-generational, family-owned company produces fast-sailing, seaworthy, comfortable trimarans, that are built to last. The Dragonfly 920 is a great example of this pedigree.
These trimarans are designed with the innovative “Swing Wing” system, allowing the amas to be easily retracted while on the water. This feature makes it possible to moor the boat in slips designed for monohulls. The system is well-engineered and can be managed easily by a single person on board.
This particular Dragonfly was purchased new at the factory in Denmark and then shipped to the Pacific Northwest by the original—and current—owner. Evidence of consistent care and thoughtful upgrades is found throughout the vessel. The interior features a warm blend of teak bulkheads and millwork, contrasting with clean white composite surfaces, creating a bright and inviting space below.
Features include:
- Sails UK TapeDrive Jib & Main, Furling Screecher, and Masthead Asymmetrical with Sock
- Espar Forced-Air Diesel Heating
- Wallas Ceramic Stove Top
- Refrigeration
- Sleeping berths for four
- Enclosed head with marine toilet
- Ample stowage
- Yard/Launching trailer
This Dragonfly 920 is not only ideal for exciting day sailing but also serves as a functional cruiser for couples or a capable adventure platform for exploring the Pacific Northwest. If you are a sailor that has not had the opportunity to sail a well designed multihull, it can be an amazing experience. These boats are rare in our market—don’t miss this opportunity to own a high-quality Dragonfly trimaran.
