Standing rigging was replaced in 2004 and has been lightly used since.
Sails were new in 2004ish and are removed every year and stored dry.
There is a furling system on the head sail (130). All halyard lines and
sheaves were replaced in 2020. The mast/running lighting was
changed to LED. She is sand colored with a darker sand color on the
anti-slip decking. There is a Bruce anchor with 165' rode. The cable
steering to the wheel was serviced in 2019. Bottom paint in 2020 (
Shelter Island Ablative 8242 Black) and a new brass three-blade prop.
Thru-hulls replaced 2000. Winches rebuilt and packed 2020. She's a
quick, responsive racer & safe, comfortable cruiser.
The M-18 Universal diesel had an upper rebuild by Northwest Diesel
Power in Bellingham, WA, in 2015. The engine has 112 hours since the
rebuild; before that, it was estimated to be 1200 hours. Descent access
to the engine and systems for her size. Original owner manuals with
notes and receipts of work.
In the cabin, there is pressurized hot and cold water. Propane
stove/oven, deep sink, and ice chest. Wet head, with a new manual
toilet. The Starboard settee was changed to a countertop, giving more
usable flat space. There is a 120v refrigerator. New headliner (2023).
All deadports were reset (2022). The batteries were new in 2022 with
an inverter and charger system. The headroom is 6'2" in the cabin's
center near the galley. There is a nice drop-down table with storage.
Entry is by a split door, not drop boards. There are two hatches for
excellent ventilation.
