General Description
"Lil Rascal" is a 1981 Grover 28'. It's a lap strake express boat designed on the traditional Down East fishing boat design. This boat has a fully enclosed pilothouse, covered forward cabin and a large open cockpit. The forward cabin has two single berth and a hidden portable head. and plenty of storage.
Hull and Deck Composition
The hull deck and deck house are constructed of fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) laminate with polyurethane paint with anti-fouling paint below the waterline.
The fly-bridge is constructed of an FRP and laminate finished with gel coat.
The cosmetic condition of the vessel was freshly refinished and looks like new.
