This 2019 Legacy SHP, from a leading pontoon manufacturer, Manitou also leads the way in making news. With the V-Toon technology, think tri-toon pontoon with an ingenious twist?instead of building all three toons to uniform size, they made one toon larger, dropping the 27" center tube below the outer tubes. This provides the optimum 5.25" differential. They then fitted the tubes with strategically engineered positive angle lifting strakes which dramatically enhanced planing, performance, and efficiency. Imagine a pontoon that accelerates, planes, and turns much like a traditional V-hull boat at high speed. Lightly used with fresh bottom paint and a new trailer that has never been wet, she sits stored under a full boat cover.
