2009 Com-Pac Horizon
20' (6.10 m) Legato
This fiberglass Com-Pac Horizon Cat is terrific for both day sailing and cruising! Because the centerboard fits entirely within the shallow keel, there is no trunk extending into the cockpit and cabin, making a more spacious interior. Her rig folds onto the cabin and is easy to assemble to sail!

CONSTRUCTION
This Com-Pac Horizon Cat was built in Florida in 2009. The hull and deck assembly are fiberglass. Stainless steel deck hardware. These boats were very well designed and built in Clearwater. It has been described: the design goals as "a classic boat for the diehard traditional sailor".

Unfinished exterior teak trim and cockpit sole and varnished teak trim in the cabin. It displaces 2,500 lb and carries 600 lbs of ballast.

A port light is centerline in the forward cabin side and a cabintop hatch is installed above. A fire extinguisher is mounted to port. Through the bulkhead doorway is the main cabin. To starboard is a sink with hand pump and storage below followed by 6' upholstered settee/berth that extends under the cockpit. To port is a counter with an icebox below followed by an upholstered 6' settee/berth that also extends under the cockpit. In the aft cabin centerline are steps to the cockpit. The cabin sole is teak and holly design, the bulkhead and ceiling are white and the trim is varnished teak. Four opening ports and a sliding companionway hatch for good natural light.
