COMMENTS AND NOTEWORTHY FEATURES AT A GLANCE

Starlight is a 106-foot semi-displacement motor yacht designed in truly classic form by the legendary designer C. Raymond Hunt. The hull was built by Goetz Custom Technologies in Portsmouth, NH, alongside their famous America’s Cup hulls built out of similar high strength to weight GRP composites. Goetz was renowned as the finest America’s Cup and custom racing yacht manufacturer. Starlight’s hull was similarly designed and built to be very high strength, yet light in weight. Her operating systems were installed by Derecktor Yachts in New York, and her interior was finished at Palmer Johnson Yachts in South Carolina. At each step in the creation of this spectacular classic custom motor yacht, the very finest firms and materials were utilized. The result is a true American yacht from her efficient hull design to her classic style with high gloss solid teak transom, full walk-around teak decks, spacious aft cockpit and a magnificent flybridge stretching two-thirds of her length with full outdoor kitchen and expansive room for lounging or dining. The flybridge also includes a full station for driving underway.

Her dark green topsides reinforce her unique style and beauty. The interior is truly magnificent matched raised panel mahogany. There is a modest but adequate and well-equipped galley, and a very large wheelhouse with excellent sight lines. Starlight’s main deck also includes a spacious salon with indoor eating or gaming table, along with 4 seasons aft “greenhouse” eating area with the ability to be open air, air conditioned or heated. The accommodations are both comfortable and beautiful.

Starlight has been owned by the same family for over ten years, and she has cruised between New England, the Palm Beaches, the Bahamas, and the lower Caribbean. She represents a stylish and graceful yacht, while being highly efficient and powerful at the same time. She is truly a unique yacht.
